Fan Replacement
There are a number of fan manufacturers in the market place ASL recognise this and offer a number of solutions which best suit the individual requirement. ASL gives advice on price, quality, performance and maintenance issues. Fan selection can be a difficult process; ASL provides independent advice when making a selection giving the customer the choice to select the fan which best suits the operating environment.

Fan Rings

Diameters from 1000mm to 7300mm in steel and larger sizes in FRP. The flared inlet combines stability with aerodynamic qualities, which help to reduce noise levels.
The compact design due to enhanced stability facilitates structural strength, rigidity with efficient fan and motor support.

Bearing Blocks
Designed for power transmission from 5 - 90 kW the range of bearing blocks offer ease of assembly and prevention of alignment errors

Louver Dampers

Specifically developed for air regulation over large areas individual units in standard section may be combined to suit any requirement. The louvers are available in galvanised steel or aluminium. They can be supplied with a manual, pneumatic, hydraulic or electric actuators.

Plenum
New or replacement ASL has significant experience with steel construction and plenum chambers for heat exchangers in terms of design, function and the use of a wide range of materials.

Tube Bundles
A fully engineered solution with either Plug / Coverplate or Bonnet header construction subject to temperature and pressure and code requirements is available in all major carbon and stainless steel materials. Should only replacement headers or finned tube be required these items may be individually supplied.

Assembly
In addition to supply of the above components ASL will take care of assembly of complete installation, including test runs and dynamic balancing of fans.
